Availability of our apartments
You can check the
availability of PINA Apartments online.
The calendar is usually up-to-date. However we do not guarantee bookings even if it shows available. All reservations are on a request basis only.
Deposit/ balance
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for the reservation to be confirmed. You can settle the balance upon arrival in cash or, if you prefer, by online payment through PayPal prior to arrival.
The deposit can be paid through www.paypal.com (an eBay Company). We will send you an electronic invoice, which will allow you to pay the deposit using your credit card. You can make PayPal payments with or without having a PayPal account. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, we will provide you with the account number and the necessary international bank codes.
Our Cancellation Policy
The deposit required for a confirmed reservation is 50% of the rental. The cancellation charges are:
• 50% of that deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to arrival date
• No refund if cancellation is made within 14 days before arrival.
• No refunds in case of shortening your stay after arrival.
Damages
All damages (not caused by normal usage) and removed items will be charged to your creditcard. On arrival we will ask for your credit card details as a guarantee.
Maximum guests
You book our apartment for a fixed number of guests. If you stay there with more guests than you have booked for without informing us in advance, we will immediately cancel your booking. No refund will be given.
Check in and check out times
Check-in time is at 3 p.m., check-out time is at 12 a.m.

Information
Our apartments are on the first and second floor, and are reached by a staircase. Therefore, regretfully, it is not easily accessible for disabled or elderly people. Our apartments are non-smoking.
Sending us your reservation request
If you wish to make a reservation, then please check the
online calendar for availability and send us a reservation request or email us directly.
We will respond with availability and a price quote. If you then would like to make the reservation, we will make a temporary reservation for you and send you an invoice for the deposit of 50%. Payment within 24 hours then automatically confirms your reservation. Payment of the balance is due in cash upon arrival, or you can choose to pay the balance before arrival through PayPal.
